What is our Guaranteed Lowest Price Policy?

Our Lowest Price Guarantee indicates that you will get the best price on the items that you purchase at General Products.

Should you find a lower price at another store, which is highly unlikely to happen; we will match that price and beat it by giving you an additional 50% of the difference.

Simply present us with a copy of the competitor’s ad or a physical quotation that the identical item is being sold at a lower price. Our staff will then verify whether the item is in stock and available for immediate sale and delivery.

The product must be of the same brand and model in brand new condition. Quotation prices must be in Canadian dollars.

Our Lowest Price Guarantee does not apply to advertising errors or misprints, restricted offers, rebates, coupons, premiums, free or bonus offers, limited or minimum quantity, limited time offers, close-outs, liquidations, clearances, and special financing offers.

In short….WE WILL NOT BE UNDERSOLD….we have been around too long for that to happen!
